Hi, I’m Ellen aka Bellie!

I’m so happy you’re here!

Hi there — I’m Ellen, also known as Bellie, a childhood nickname that has stuck with me till well into my 20’s!

I’ve always dreamed of becoming an artist, with my oldest piece of work, ‘Sunflower’ age 3, still hanging proudly in my parents kitchen!

I have always been creative. I was always finding any excuse to turn any piece of school homework into a colourful poster. Art was always my favourite subject at school, I even moved sixth forms so I could go to one with a better art programme, and then went on to study Fine Art at the University of Gloucestershire.

Thanks to Covid, I never did go on to study that masters, which thankfully led me here - so maybe something good came out of it after all? (apart from all the Netflix binges!) Having to go back in to hospitality meant I was reunited with my favourite job of all - chalkboards! Which got me thinking, maybe I could do this for other pubs/people too? And here we are…
